Versa 3 screen came off

Hello,

While sleeping last night, I woke up to find the screen had come away from the body of the watch.
I use the watch to track my everyday steps as well as how I sleep so I can't tell how it might've dislodged. The glue around the inner of the screen looks a little frayed, and the screen is still connected to the watch with a wire. When I pressed a button on the side of the watch, it reacted, but the display is still all black.
Just giving all the details so you can best advise.
Thanks in advance,

Chris

Hi there, @ChristMartin. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 3's screen.

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.

Please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.

Before doing something to your watch, please review Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations

If you have any questions regarding what is covered under the warranty you can read more about it here fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

Hope this helps.
