Versa 3 screen crack

Hi,

 

My Versa3 screen is cracked and I am willing to pay for the replacement but I am being informed there are no service centers in India. So after spending so much premium virtually there is no support being provided and your terms and condition are so carefully drafted we have no way to look at and you have omitted any possibility. 

 

I dont get if someone is ready to pay for getting the watch repaired what is the problem? Why should one invest in Fitbit watches, because once you land in some trouble support is non existent and we can consider our money wasted. Here is your terms & condition which covers the cracked screen

 

"As per your terms & Condition AVAILABILITY OF REPAIR FACILITIES/SPARE PARTS Fitbit-branded devices and accessories include complex integrated components for which repair, such as cracked screens or faulty batteries, may not be possible outside of Fitbit factory conditions, and repair facilities or spare parts may not be available for your product or in your region. Therefore, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of equivalent type rather than being repaired. In the event repairs are available, refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. Repair or replacement of goods which are capable of retaining user-generated data may result in loss of that data. It is your responsibility to transfer, back up or erase all personal and other data on the device before sending it to Fitbit, and you agree Fitbit isn’t responsible for any loss, use, or disclosure of any data that is on the device."

Hi,

 

Even my versa 3 is also having the same problem( screen crack). Please help if you find any solution to repair or replace the crack screen.

 

I feel it is a big mistake of purchasing Fitbit. I have purchased 2  units of versa 3 and feeling deeply regretted for that decision.

I would never recommend anyone of my friends and family members certainly.

 

It's of no use without any service

Thats true,  my friend was about to order Sense and I have informed him about non existent after sales service. So he has also dropped out of it. Why to spend so much money and not receive any support post sales. Cant understand any reasoning behind not providing even paid support. Another thing is it is not made clear while buying the product, only when you buy they will share the list of Terms & Condition. Ideally they should make it clear while buying that there wont be any after sales support. 

 

Is there someone from fitibit here who can respond?
