Call the support team. 
i had a similar problem and they responded promptly and replaced my versa 3

 

the customer service I got was amazing.

I had this happen to mine last night too - No idea why.

My screen came off yesterday, but the wires were still attached, so I removed the old defective adhesive and used a super glue gel to reattach it. So far so good and the watch face is still functional.
