Versa 3 screen fell off

the face of my watch randomly fell off, I’m outside of my warranty. Had anyone had a similar situation? And was fit it able to repair it or anything?

Hi @Rfoley Sadly Fitbit doesn't repair screens that come off. If it is still covered by warranty then they will replace the Fitbit, but if it is out of warranty it wont be replaced. I have heard of some people re gluing the screen themselves if the screen is still working. I haven't tried it myself as I haven't had a screen fall off.
