Versa 3 screen got damaged

With hand movement there was a little hit on the watch corner and my new Versa 3 watch screen corner and front damaged. My 20 thousand rupees goes in water as you can't replace the screen. Company is not ready to replace the watch. Is this watch worth to buy .. even 5 thousand rupees watch will be more stronger. I urge fit bit to replace the watch as it's under warranty.

Replace the watch screen and I will pay the charges. This watch is also under warranty. If you won't replace the screen then what I will do of this watch.

Is Fit bit creating such a low quality watch that it won't sustain even small jerk? So fir bit is making people fool selling low quality watch in 300$ USD and giving not even 20$ USD watch.

 

Either replace the watch or fix by replacing the screen else I am going to run a negative campaign against Fit bit company.

 

Even I urge all the community members here to think once before buying next Fit bit watch or any product of this company.

 

Update: I am ready to pay let me know where I have to go to fix this crack screen?
