This morning, watch battery was low, put on charger. Was not charging properly. Have colour watch display without data. When I swipe to right or left. I may see icons or not, but there is no data behind them. Went to help desk and they recommended changing watch face. Did it 10 different watch faces with same results. Very frustrated. Hope someone can help. I can't even go into settings, because there is no information there just lines.

Hi, watch is not working at all, I was hoping to do a factory reset to help clear up the issue. Very disappointed that the watch is only a year old. My husband has same watch with no issues. I was hoping for a bit more assistance in this matter. Trying me just to change clock face is not help.
