Versa 3 screen is freezing

Hi, my fitbit Versa 3 freezes when I try to end an exercise. I've tried restarting it numerous times but the same issue occurs. I've tried to do a factory reset but whenever I click on settings it shows a blank screen. Appreciate any advice on how else I can perform a factory reset. Thanks.

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
