Versa 3 screen non responsive

My Versa 3 is nearly 2 years old and the screen is non responsive. I have tried resting my holding button down but that doesn’t work. Cannot access settings as screen unresponsive.

Hi @Caz1234 - the watch may have a hardware or software fault. It may take a little practice to restart with the button.

Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If this does nothing it may still be possible to do a factory reset.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.

Thanks for this. I have already tried this reset more than 10 times. I haves checked the manual on Fitbit.com and this and check for updates are the only things possible, which I have tried. There is no contact details on Fitbit.com only the manual, help community and FAQ section. It’s frustrating as going around in circles.

@Caz1234 - did you do a button factory reset, not a watch restart?

Any updates won't help cure a watch fault and could make matters worse.

Hi
I did the reset by holding down the button on the side. It flashed and vibrated and then Fitbit symbol came back on. I can see any other means of doing a reset as the side button is the only thing responding.
