Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My versa 3 had a low battery and I popped it in charge. I checked it in the morning to find that it was displaying the Fitbit symbol. I have tried to restart it a number of times by pressing the home button on the left hand side with no success. When it does restart the screen goes blank and then the Fitbit symbol pops again stays like that.

Hi there, @Rohzii. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. @pgbulla It's nice to see you around! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your Fitbit devices. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the issues prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue assisting you. 

As per the description of your posts, it seems like a battery issue. Looks like the battery might have drained. 

With the above being said, may I know if you have tried letting your Fitbit devices charge around 2 hours already? If the Fitbit devices have not responded after this period of time, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

It’s not a charging issue, my Fitbit was charged, it won’t respond or sync to my phone. It is only showing the Fitbit logo on the screen and that stays on till the battery is dead.

Thank you for your response.

I have had it on charge for over 2 hours and have continued to try restarting the watch, but still no luck. 

I have to agree with the comments above and don't think it is a charging issue as the watch stays on and it does charge because it died prior to me charging it and then the FitBit logo appeared when it had charged and turned itself back on.

I’m having the same issue with my Versa 3.  It has charged I have tried reset and I have let it die. I charged it from a laptop and it is still stuck on Fitbit logo.

FitBit support provided these instructions to do a reset to factory settings.  It might work. Didn’t work for my first Versa 3, it did work for my replacement Versa 3 when it did the same thing.  You’ll then have to pair your Fitbit with your phone again.  You might have to “forget this device” in your Bluetooth settings to do so.
