The screen has popped off of my Versa 3. Where can I send it for repair?

Disregard my last reply. I have contacted support after reading your reply, and Salome opened a ticket for me. They said the only previous support ticket was from the issue that my Versa 3 wasn't turning on. I'm not certain whether you thought this issue was directly related to the past issue from a few years ago or if you simply saw a support ticket in my account and couldn't be bothered to attempt to help me with this issue.
