Hi, my Versa 3 Smartwatch screen stopped working 12 months after purchase. Initially lots of random lines across the screen, tried all the re-starts and re-sets following advice on here but nothing has worked, it's completely dead. I think it should be under warranty (2 years in UK / EU?). But I get stuck in a vortex on the website trying to figure out how to get a returns authorisation? Hoping someone can help with this thanks! Ellie 🙂
