I've recently bought a second hand Versa 3 from someone who told me that this Versa 3 had brightness issues. I've looked at the options for adjusting the brightness by swiping right, and by also going swiping left to get to settings and then display. I'm able to click on all three options (dim, normal and max) but the brightness stays the same, which is as dim as it can possibly be, even though I have selected max. I've have restarted the device and factory resetted it, and this hasn't helped. Also, I've noticed that the display keeps turning off after 3 seconds, even though I have selected the option for it to stay on for 60 seconds. Please help!

Hi @boyciebat - if you have done a factory reset and set up the watch all over again and it is still not working properly it is probably a damaged watch.
Some have success with a second factory reset, giving it plenty of time to complete the process but it is doubtful with those symptoms that you will get a different result.

Hi there, @boyciebat. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!
In addition to the steps you've tried, please confirm that you do not have the sleep mode enabled. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
