My versa 3 is not swiping on the screen. I have re set and done hard reset while it is on the charger. I have also changed the clock face and still no luck. Any other suggestions??

Hi @Vsilva84 - unfortunately if a factory reset did not resolve it the watch may be damaged, possibly from water in it, you could try drying it out in a bag of rice for a few days but if the damage has been done it won't help, but the only way is to try.
If there are other symptoms, like sudden short battery life, it would confirm a fault, and if it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
