Versa 3 screen won't respond

It won't restart and the touchscreen isn't working

Hi there, @Eilish.c. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I agree with @Guy_. Have you checked that?

Nevertheless, if you haven't done so yet, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Eilish.c  - this could just mean it needs charging or isn't charging if double tapping the screen does nothing ,

Check the links and issues in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
