Versa 3 screen won't respond

Face screen has a circle for the clock in pink.  
have no idea how it changed or how to get the time back

Hello, @ZENPIT. Welcome on board. Thanks for the details in your post. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I just have black and white face with no response from device. Can't sync or get into any settings. Was OK when I woke up but put the device on charge an now is non responsive
