My Fitbit Versa 3, has been stuck on the clock screen ever since I went swimming Friday. I restarted the watch , lots of time and also changed the clock face. Also since swimming my batter goes from 100% to 0% in around 5 hours?? Working normal before and battery lasted a week.

Hi @Glittersunshine - this could be normal if you are in swim mode.
Double press the button to get out of that mode.
Swipe the watch face to the left and do Shutdown in watch Settings.
Wait at least 20 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, and you should get back to normal.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have tried this but I can’t swipe left , I can’t do nothing on the screen, it won’t let me swipe any way I try.

@Glittersunshine - ok, are you able to restart with the button? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't fix it you may need a factory reset and probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.

I’m having the same problem, and the reset isn’t working for me.

I have the same problem after yesterday while swimming, I can't do nothing on the screen, even if I had the swim mode on, in the swimming pool.

Hi Guy_
I turned off the swim mode and it was working fine for the first 10 mins and after this time the screen stopped working, after this the Fitbit turned off and I had to recharge it as the battery was on 0%, I cannot move the screen to either side and when I tried to turn off the swim mode like you told me to it shows the keybord to enter my PIN for the wallet.

@Jo39 - watches can get water in them if the seal has broken, this can do damage.
If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
All sorts of things can happen once there is damage, but a watch that got to zero% will need the wallet pin entered no doubt.
If you didn't set one it could be due to damage.
Try restarting it first, and phone too.
You can chat for the specifics via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
