Versa 3 screen won't respond

Yesterday my screen went red and then 2 white lines were down the middle of it. I tried holding in the button to restart it but all that did was make the screen go blank and now it won’t turn on at all.

advice online said to unsync and resync but because the screen is blank I can’t resync it.
( I know it’s common advice but I can’t change the clock face because it isn’t synced)
