Versa 3 screen won't respond

I charged my Fitbit last night. I now have a turquoise circle with a turquoise check mark in it. I can't get my Fitbit to go back to any menu at all. It is stuck with this on the screen. I can't get any of my menus or time screens to come up.

Hi there, @Karen_FL. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the issue with your Versa 3. @LZeeW Thanks for your help and moving the post to the correct board! 

If you experience any of the following issues in the future and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hello @Karen_FL and welcome to the Community.  You posted this in the Versa 4 forum, but it hasn't been released yet.  What model Fitbit do you use?  You post can get moved to the appropriate forum.

 

In the meantime, you can contact Support for more help.
