So I have a fitbit versa 3 and the settings are not working when you click it, it tries to load then goes back to the clock. The fitbit is not currently connected to any phone. When you try to open any apps it does the same thing. If you try more than once the watch freezes and you need to hold the side button for 10 seconds to do a reset. No matter how many resets you do the apps and settings never appear. The only thing that works is the time. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi there, @watchhelp1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Please check if your Versa 3 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enable, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
