Versa 3 screen won't swipe

My screen will no longer work. I try taking very good care of it. It will let me tap it to come on but will not Swipe to check my steps or activities. I can't even turn it off. It's not a PIN issue because I checked that. I can't even tap the numbers to enter a PIN.

Hi,

I went through the same thing yesterday. I only had the button that still functioned, but not swiping. I charged it fully, reset it a million and 1 times and then did a hard factory reset.

Thennnnn.... This happened the next day (checkout the picture). So looks like that was the versa's way of saying I'm dead and gone. While with customer care, they provided me with a discount for a new unit since mine was out of warranty.

Hope my post doesn't put anyone down.
