I’ve. Got a keypad on face. I can get time but nothing else. Every time I slide up down across I get. Keypad.  Help!!

Sounds like the security PIN has been set up on your Versa. Did you set up Fitbit Pay? If so, the PIN is set up automatically. I'm assuming you don't know what the PIN is set to. As long as it's still connected to your account you can reset it as follows:
