Versa 3 shut off

I shut my versa 3 off for a day. I had charged it to 100 % used it for a bit the battery was in the 90% area…..when I turned it back on it was at 65% does it not shut down all the way? Nothing was on I assure you. When I turned it on lol 😂 it lost juice weird for a watch being off. Battery issue that might need to be recalled maybe next time it will explode hummm.

Hi @ktekomodo - some battery decline is to be expected over time but that seems excessive, though for it not to lose time it may be running the clock even though shut down.

 

Depending on the chosen configurations it is just possible other things are kept going, though normally not.

 

Repeat the experiment but use the on watch battery level, swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and the current battery level is shown at the top.

Ok it was at 92% this time, its shut off at 10:25 MST i did remove one app which was weather bug. the current weather app is shut down as well. Everything is at basic like it was before. Will check back in tomorrow again.
