Versa 3 still not syncing

Over 4 months of constant syncing issues with my versa 3. I've had replies from 'support' saying that fitbit is aware of the issue and is fixing it, but when! I'm fed up having to reset up my watch just to get it to sync, why is this problem not fixed?

How can you continue to sell a product that is broken?

Hello, as I said in my first post, I'm fed up having to reset my watch, this includes having to restart my phone multiple times a week! This is unacceptable, when is fitbit fixing their known problem?

Thank you so much for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts. I'm sorry to hear that this situation is reappearing.

I've read in the forums that one tip that helps solve the issue is to restart the phone. 

I suggest you give it a try to restart your Versa 3 too. Here are some tips and descriptions of the requirements the Fitbit app needs for syncing normally.

Hey FatimaFitbit, yet again my watch isn't syncing. That is every other day for the last 2 weeks that I have to restart my phone to sync it. Why is this still a problem since August???

What is the point of a fitbit that doesn't work?

Just had to restart my phone AGAIN because my fitbit isn't syncing. When is fitbit fixing this problem? You said last summer that it was an known issue yet it is still not fixed!

What is the point in a fitbit that doesn't sync? Why are you selling a product that is unfit for use?

I want a refund. How can I send this useless watch back and get a full refund?
