Versa 3 stopped detecting my bedtime

I use a Versa 3. Over the last couple of weeks the app has stopped detecting bedtime therefore isn’t recording sleep/restlessness accurately. Eg if bedtime 11pm, but restless until 1am, the app will record you as having gone to bed at 1am and give you a better sleep score which does not seem right. I wasn’t sure of the correct place to feed this back to Fitbit…

Thanks!

Hi @LMFK  - A simple thing that might help is to restart the watch.

Also in your profile try setting Sleep to sensitive, you can see it here

And remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync.?

It is a good idea to set a sleep schedule, it won't affect much the registering of sleep though

On the watch

Settings

Quiet modes

Scroll to Sleep mode

Scroll to  & Click SCHEDULE MODE

Turn on Off hours

Setup the appropriate time

Hi, thanks for the advice. Tried setting to sensitive but it hasn’t made a difference. You’ve converted me to setting a sleep schedule though so thank you for that! Its wake up alarm is far more gentle and doesn’t shock you out of sleep like all the others which is far more welcome!

However, as far as the Fitbit sleep monitor goes there certainly seems to be a software glitch at the moment. I’ve been using fitbits for around 5 years now and have always found the sleep monitor to be accurate so these latest errors are very noticeable to me. I had a solid sleep for about 5 hours last night but it’s recorded as 2hrs 30min but clearly states only awake very briefly for that period.  Hopefully it get resolved soon…
