Versa 3 stopped receiving notifications

I don't receive notification anymore, feel only vibration. Why so and what can i do?

It shows my calls and texts so fast I miss them.  I own a Versa 3

 

Update: It doesn’t vibrate

Hi there, @judywill4. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As a first approach, please make sure that your Versa 3 isn't either on sleep or DND mode. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

Hi, my versa 3 works perfectly in the past 2 days and now it doesn't show any notification at all apart from phone calls. That means no SMS, WhatsApp or any app for that matter.

Have tried rebooting tracker and phone, airplane mode, no dnd, forget Bluetooth. None works 😞

Thanks @MarreFitbit. Yeah I tried to chat but it kept disconnecting.

I saw on other post that this might due to a buggy app update on android as it was working fine 2 days ago. A fix from the devs should fix this I hope

Mine stopped working and I just got off of chat with support and they explained that the last update was 75% complete. Well, by chance my notifications were working up until the last update (4 day ago for me) I have android, Samsung phone. I did all of the suggested "fixes" prior to reaching out via chat. You know, reboot FB & Phone @ the same time; if that don't work; unpair FB from account - remove from Bluetooth devices - shutdown FB & reboot phone again; setup FB as if it's brand new. And well that didn't work. The only thing that works is if I call my cell it will ring on my FB, but if I send a "test call" from the app it won't work. Sooooo, let's wait and see for the next firmware update to fix this issue. Until then I have to actually remember to check my phone for text or turn on sound to let me know I got one when I'm crocheting.

Unfortunately it appears to be a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App.
