I have tried rebooting both my phone and my Versa 3, also tried reinstalling. Help please. It’s one of my favorite features. Txt and phone messages on the watch were very helpful.

I just downloaded the latest version this morning -- for my BRAND NEW Versa 3 that is now rendered pretty useless other than as a pedometer -- and I'm having the same issue. This really needs to be fixed.

Hi @SKLev - there is currently a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App which stops notifications coming to the watch.

If your watch stopped when swimming be careful charging it, if it gets hot, stop immediately as it may have got water in it.

Curious. Does this mean I need to toss my watch if I really want th
notifications? Maybe Apple Watch? Thanks for your help.

Is the bug getting fixed? Is there anything I can do?

I am having the same issue and yes contemplating Apple Watch as well. I loved the taking calls.  Messages etc now have none of the notifications for about a month now.

Mine stopped working before the last update.  I was hopping the update would of fixed the issue but sadly did not.

Do you know if the bug is getting fixed?

I just had an update today on my fitbit and still not receiving notifications.  Will vibrate when I am getting a call but won't answer the call.  When I answer with my phone my watch keeps vibrating until I stop it on my watch

Because I'm new to the Fitbit world, I don't know if this will help, but I finally got my notifications to work after exploring a little more on the app. On the Fitbit app, upper left corner, click your profile pic. You'll see your device listed, Versa 3. Click there, and scroll down under General. Tap Notifications, and you'll see options to enable notifications and set up which email and texting services you prefer, as well as enabling voice replies and notifications from other apps. Hope this works for you!

Tried this all many times.  Does not work.  Very frustrating to say the least.  My versa3 is only 6 months old.

I agree..i have the same issues. very frustrating because that is a very great feature to have. I loved using it and had been for the past 6 months ...then all of a sudden ...it stopped receiving texts or answering calls (I get the calls on my watch....i just can't answer them)....so annoyed with this now that I don't even wanna wear it!!! I tried contacting fitbit but never received a reply ....imagine that 🤔😔.

Hi @Tinalos  - on the off chance have you checked your Quick Settings, swipe watch face to the right, make sure both sleep and do not disturb are disabled.

Just checked and my do not disturb was on.  I forgot and resync the controls and working! Thanks been a month without these notifications.
