Versa 3 stopped syncing with my Android Galaxy S21

My Versa 3 is no longer syncing with my Android Samsung Galaxy S21 phone. 

It doesn't track my steps nor my sleep.

When I force sync it displays  :red_circle: with ! inside but

Sad to hear that you're having issues syncing your Versa 3.
As a first approach I'd suggest trying if restarting your device will solve this problem. To do so please hold it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

I unknowingly added a secondary default screen which is black with white text displaying the time, battery level,  date, steps and zone mins.

How do I remove this secondary screen?

I prefer the clock face screen. When it goes inactive the screen is entirely black, not lit up.

The secondary black screen just fades when inactive. So it's still lit up at night when I'm trying to go to sleep.
