I recently updated the firmware for my versa 3. The watch now refuses to link with the app. I've tried all the suggestions I've found online - toggling Bluetooth on and off, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone and watch, etc. Nothing works. Now stuck with a watch I bought to do specific things like receive messages while on the go and it doesn't do any of them. Can anyone help??? Thanks.

Hi there, @Hazel1903. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please follow the steps below in the order listed (even if some of them you've tried already):
1. Remove the Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa 3.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa 3.
If the issue persists, please see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and/or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
