My Versa 3 usually synchronize with the app on my Galaxy Samsung without doing nothing. But every week, it stops and I have to synchronized it manually. Any idea why this is happening? I've started to have problem about a month ago.

Hi @Jolaro - this may be a phone/tablet related issue. Try refreshing everything with the following procedure.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on, to avoid the watch connecting to another device.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have done it and I still gave my versa disconnected from my phone every 4-5 days.
