Versa 3 stopped tracking my SpO2 data

I have read previous posts and updated app, updated the Fitbit itself but still nothing. It's on the Dane place of my wrist where it always was and same tightness. Is there anything else I can do or is it on its way out?

Hi there, @Katieceve. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for making sure you're wearing your Versa 3 correctly. I'm sorry to hear that you are not receiving your SpO2 data. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why didn't I receive SpO2 data?

It is still not working. I've downloaded a different clock face with spo2 on it but that's not made a difference either.
