Hi. I've had this Versa 3 for a while and it's no longer recording my sleep data. I didn't wear it for a while, charged it up and put it back on yesterday and it seemed fine- was taking my heartrate, steps, etc. Slept with it on and nothing. In the app it says "no sleep data." I followed suggestions on other posts and deleted/reinstalled the app, re-synced, etc. It also doesn't show anything on the watch itself. If I go under "today" it says 0 hr, 0 min asleep. Any ideas what else I could try?

Hi @tgq - this may not be an actual watch problem but due to improper syncing with the new V4 Fitbit App. Sleep data may have to be calculated which requires proper syncing with the watch AND the Fitbit servers. Providing your sleep meets the basic criteria try syncing multiple times, the information may eventually come.
If you logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window, and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart both watch and phone, then login again and sync it can improve things.
