Screen appears blank when I scroll upwards on Home Screen

My Versa 3 works fine except when I’m on the Home Screen I cannot scroll vertically to see steps, pulse rate etc. However when I  scroll sideways everything works fine. Any ideas? 
I’m  having no success resetting my versa 3 either

Hi @Bris - on scroll up, did you go to the very bottom and click MANAGE to set what you want to see and in which order - see Navigation

However sometimes there are OS corruptions which may be an issue. To verify scroll left and try both Settings app and the Today app, if either don't respond properly there is an issue to be resolved.
