Hi, I went swimming with my fitbit and now it won't turn on. All I see is a black screen, it doesn't sync with my phone and my app showed that the last time it synced it had medium battery. I tried restarting it, I cleaned it since I was in the ocean. I charged it. This isn't the first time it's gotten wet so I'm confused. what's wrong.

Hi there, @Carren23. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please confirm that you've restarted your Versa 3 as instructed here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the restart doesn't work either and your watch hasn't vibrated for the restart process, make sure you also followed the steps below:
