Hi, I updated my Versa 3 and since then nothing works properly. It is not showing steps etc. The time is the only thing that works

Hi there, @Essexmum. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
As a first approach, please check if your Versa 3 is not set on "Always-On" as this feature will only show you the time on the main screen all the time, unless you press the button of your watch to see other features and stats. If Always-On is enabled, to exit this mode, turn your wrist toward you, press the button, or double-tap the display. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

The update this morning also wrecked my Versa 3, but it doesn’t even show the time. Just the Fitbit logo. It is now unable to pair with my phone.
