My versa 3 was working perfectly. I usually wear it in bed to monitor sleep scores. This morning I looked at it to check the time. The front screen was just displaying the Fitbit logo but nothing else. No lights flashing on back. Device is charged up. I have tried resetting it but it just goes off and then comes back with Fitbit logo. Any ideas?
Mine is considerably newer than yours but outside of 1 year warranty. I do think that manufacturers design items nowadays with a relatively short life span. Never mind, but it does make you think twice about buying from them again!
