Versa 3 stopped working

Stopped recording sleep, stopped displaying heart rate, syncing issues. Have restarted several times, wiped, cleaned, re installed. Was working fine then just stopped everything. I have done everything to trouble shoot.nothing has worked. My watch is only 3 months old. I don't get it wet I clean the sensors. Can someone from fitbit please contact me.
