My versa 3 has suddenly stopped working. Screen has gone black and no lights done an update 2 days ago and wondering if this caused the problem or not?

Mine too. Repeated chats with support advised me to replace.

Mine also stopped working yesterday - not even 1 year old. I have a clock but will not sync or show steps or sleep.
UPDATE: I re-booted both my phone and my fitbit. After a few minutes it started syncing and gave me new statistics - when I did this yesterday, nothing happened.

Me to. Screen clock black. When i swipe de button appear but not open and not synchronize.

I find a solution. A push de button for 10 secondes the logo fitbit appears and restart the clock.
