My VERSA 3 stopped working 2 days ago. I rebooted it but the time was wrong, then the battery totally died. I charged it overnight, the time came back but today it will not swipe, hasn't recorded any activity and the battery is also dead again. I have rebooted twice but no change. Help please!

My troubles started a week ago. My versa 3 will not sync with the Fitbit app on my iPhone no matter what I try to do to fix it.
I believe it is a software issue on the part of Fitbit whether intentional or unintentional.
either way, they need to address this.

It is syncing but there's no activity being recorded to sync!

I am having issues too! My battery is completely dead although it will sync with my app when on the charger. I just can't do anything with it and have tried all of the online "fixes."

Charged fully 6 hours ago. Down to 15% already. No screens available on the Fitbit apart from the time. Have restarted multiple times. Can someone from Fitbit support please help? I've only had this device since September last year but this was a replacement for a previous one that also has problems so not sure of warranty situation. Thank you.

Today's update. Spoke to Fitbit support and they were great, got the swipe working again by doing the clock change trick. But, steps and heart rate still not being recorded on watch so second call less successful. I did all the trouble shooting suggestions, reboots, deleting and adding the device on Bluetooth and cleaning the back with a toothbrush! Now told to leave it for 24 hours before getting back in touch. Anyone else had anything similar?

My Versa 3 is just over 12 months old. Since Friday 12 July, my battery rapidly deteriorates - i can only get about 10 hours of charge before it does again. I have rest the watch, even turn off bluetooth to make sure nothing was connected to it to drain it, but still no signs of why this is happening. Before then, i would easily get 5-6 days of charge. I would normally lose about 15% per day, now i am losing about 10% per hour. Is this just a sign it needs replacing or is there something else i need to do?

Hi Pkailis,
I had the same issue. First Versa 3 died after 22 months. Got replaced under warranty (great service from fitbit I have to say). Replacement versa 3 died after 10 months. The warranty on the replacement was 3 months. I guess they know their products don't last long...
I can imagine a custumor cannot expect the watches to go forever but they should go for at least 2 years in my opinion.
