Versa 3 stopped working

I don't know if anyone can help.

 

My Versa 3 stopped working whilst I was away on holiday last week. Although fully charged it just stopped working - turned itself off and all I can get up on screen is the Fitbit logo. Can someone kindly point me in the right direction to try and sort it out. Thank you 🙂

same happened to me yesterday, flashing for a few minutes, then fitbit screen popped up..... got hot..... now completely DEAD... can't find any info or get fitbit "help"...lol

On holiday, everything fine for entire time, looked after until suddenly on holiday Versa 3 watch just turns off, then every so often short vibrate and shows the Fitbit Logo for a bit then repeat. Its fully charged and doesn’t change if I press the button or not. 

Literally no problems with it until now

I had thesame experiencewhile on vacation. It stopped picking up my heartbeat and l realised the sensor isn't working. I called customer support and it was reset but didn't start working. They said they will look into my warranty. It's been 3 days and lm still to hear back from them.

Sadly didn't get very far with customer service. My warranty was out in January and they offered discount on full priced Smartwatches but didn't want hi tech watch as wanted one similar to my Versa 3.  Sense 2 was my choice as it does slightly more than my previous watch, however it is in the sale so was told I couldn't have it for slightly less, so bought my new one from John Lewis for the same price as Fitbit were offering it to me for but the difference is I could get it today and was treated like a customer. 

In all fairness I've been a Fitbit customer since 2016 and this is the first time they haven't come up trumps for me and for what I want from my watch - I've always been happy with my previous Fitbit watches, so I'm hoping this Sense 2 will meet my expectation and keep me as a Fitbit customer 🙂

My wife's Versa 2 has the similar problem, its stuck in a Fitbit Logo loop. Seems like a recent update broke it. A lot of other users are facing similar issues.

Seems quite fishy, something that Google did on purpose. 

If Google/Fitbit does not help, I would advice to file a complaint with FTC and your state AG.

Same here.  Working fine and then just dead.  And I am not seeing anywhere Versa3 restart directions, as though they are not supporting anymore.  If so, they should tell us!
