When I use interval workout on my versa3 it stops before am done. It only does it on this workout setting. After about 20minutes into the workout it stops. I either have to restart or use just workout. This class is 1 hour all over fitness. When I check my iPhone it only shows it recording for 20min. Then where I had to restart or change type of workout.

Hi there, @doingit1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot. With that being said, please try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Also, please make sure that your Interval Workout setting is set correctly. When you choose Interval Workout from the Exercise App on the Versa 3, you will see a tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen. Swipe up, the icon to set your intervals is in the upper right.  You also get other setting options there, like using GPS, customizing your display stats, and Always-On. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
