I was prompted to add a password for my Versa 3. Now I have to enter a password into my Versa 3 watch to get it to open every time. Now I am having syncing problems with my Versa 3 and IPhone 13 Pro app all the time. Currently can not sync. How do I remove this password setup on my Versa 3 watch so I do not have to enter it in my watch every time i want to open or use it? This is causing my app and watch connection too un-synce all the time now? I can never stay connected. I have done a factory’s reset on the watch and deleted and uploaded the app, but it still prompts me to enter a password into my watch. I am always unable to pick up Versa 3 on my Bluetooth ever since having to add this password. Any help with me removing this password so I can pull up Versa 3 on my Blue Tooth and synce it with my watch and app would be greatly appreciated!

@PaulChristen You must have a Pin code if you use Fitbit Pay. This thread has directions to change the setting to Fitbit Pay only. PIN code help article
Please contact Support for more help. I found an older thread that said that a factory reset is needed to disable and remove the PIN code. And you did that.

If you do have fitbit pay setup, through the Lock settings, I'm the fitbit app, set the pin for Fitbit Pay only.
If you don't have fitbit pay, still set the pin for fitbit pay only.
The only way to remove the pin, once enabled, is to do a factory reset.
