Top strap keeps comming off clasp on watch face doesn't grip the strap contacted fitbit but because I bought it brand new from ebay with all packaging  they said I wasn't covered by the warranty  disgustingly  un helpful had an ionic b4 for 3 yrs without any issues but versa 3 is crap so avoid at all cost

Hi @Truckercol  Fitbit warranty is for devices purchased thru an authorized retailer and eBay is not one of them. You should contact eBay to see what recourse they can offer you. If it works, consider buying a protective cover band from Amazon where it will encompass your pebble and allow you to continue wearing it.
