Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Vera 3 is stuck on the fitbit logo. I have pushed the button on the side again and again. On my charger and without the charger. The fitbit restarts each time but never goes past the fitbit logo. I have also deleted the app from my phone and I have deleted the Versa 3 from my app. Nothing seems to work. Any other suggestions?

Hi there, @shawn66. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
