Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

  • My versa 3 died i guess. Its flashing the green diamond icon and vibrating. This is day 2. I have tried diff usb blocks, my cable is unique so I can't test on anything else, in the app shows battery empty. I don't know what else. I wiped the charging area and air blew it.  I just got this Dec 15tg I think. Please help

Hi there, @Lesha83 @EDLovell. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

It seems like you performed a factory reset while trying to restart your Versa 3, that would explain why it's only flashing the Fitbit logo. 

With that being said, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Mine started doing this yesterday as well…. I can’t figure out how to fix it.
