Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Versa 3 not charging, stuck on 17%. Watch face only showing Fitbit icon. I’ve logged out & logged back in with no result.

Hello @dharps18 

I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 3. You won’t lose any data doing so. Just press and hold down the button on the side of your tracker until the Fitbit Logo appears. When the logo appears release the button. You will feel the tracker vibrate indicating the Fitbit has finished restarting.

Hi there, @dharps18. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

Since your Versa 3 is stuck on the Fitbit logo, please try the following steps:

 

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Returned to store of purchase as it’s cooked. Got an in store credit &
upgraded to an Apple Watch series 7. Two cooked Fitbits in two years isn’t
good enough.
