Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year and for the last few months it has stopped working. The screen remains frozen on the Fitbit logo and after an hour or so it changes to 0% battery even though it's been fully charged. I've tried restarting and nothing changes. When I go to charge it it just changes from the 0% battery sign to the Fitbit logo sign.

Hi there, @MoMo2611. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following so you can pass the Fitbit logo:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope this helps.

This did not work, it’s still frozen with the fitbit logo on the screen.

FYI: I'm having the same issue, but I purchased mine on March 12, 2022 and on April 26 I rebooted because the time was off when I woke the screen. After rebooting, it has been stuck on the logo for the past three weeks. I have perused every forum and tried everything, but no luck. I guess I will have to call support. Hopefully that can do something for me, since I just spent $175 for an item that lasted 6 weeks. But looking at the forums, it seems that it is very difficult to get a replacement from FitBit.

So annoying! Try contacting them via the twitter option. They offered me a replacement.
