I have had my Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year and for the last few months it has stopped working. The screen remains frozen on the Fitbit logo and after an hour or so it changes to 0% battery even though it's been fully charged. I've tried restarting and nothing changes. When I go to charge it it just changes from the 0% battery sign to the Fitbit logo sign.

Best AnswerFYI: I'm having the same issue, but I purchased mine on March 12, 2022 and on April 26 I rebooted because the time was off when I woke the screen. After rebooting, it has been stuck on the logo for the past three weeks. I have perused every forum and tried everything, but no luck. I guess I will have to call support. Hopefully that can do something for me, since I just spent $175 for an item that lasted 6 weeks. But looking at the forums, it seems that it is very difficult to get a replacement from FitBit.
