My versa 3 does not boot/start. When i start to load the battery, the fitbit-symbol show up, but it never goes away. I have tried to push the nitten right side for 10 seconds but it wont help. What to do? The fitbit-symbol has been on the display over the night for several hours.

I call it the Fitbit symbol of death! This is my fourth Fitbit that has done this suddenly, and all have been less than a year after I got them. So so frustrating.

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I've had this happen to me a couple times before, I think this means that the watch is boot-looping. Always managed to get out of it every time it happened though...
