I was charging my Fitbit and noticed it had flashed and then went to the logo screen. And now it’s stuck there.
I’ve tried all the fixes from the other posts and the only thing I can get it to do is turn off and then the logo screen comes back on.
What other fix is out there so I can continue to check my oxygen levels at night?

My Versa 3 just did this as of this morning. It reset itself and now is stuck on the loading screen. I reset the Versa three times now. Completely uninstalled the app and removed the device from my phone then started the process to reinstall the Versa 3 to my phone and it is not even recognized by the phone as being on, and the screen is still stuck on the logo screen. I am training for a triathlon and find it helpful to time my exercise periods using the watch.

My Versa 3 kept getting stuck and now it is completely dead. I cannot charge it and the side button does not push in any more.

Hi @jeaneen11 - If the watch is not charged the button won't work, check the cleaning and charge cable in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi @Coffee2 , @monomania - if you have assured the watch is fully charged, see previous post, have you tried the following procedure "stuck on logo"

So is there a way to fix this? When I called support they just had me keep resetting until battery died and then to call back when I had it fully charged to retry the same procedures.

They kept asking me to do the same thing then I “lost” the chat. Convenient. Almost like they don’t want to take responsibility for a glitch. Honestly,I just want my device to work. Ridiculous.

Thanks, I have done that. The Versa won’t charge. I have tried multiple times and I have cleaned my device.
