I put my versa 3 on the charger and 20 minutes later it will only show the logo. When I try to turn off the fitbit the screen will go blank for 1 second, then back to the logo.

Hello Marre,

 

I got the same problem like the OP of this post.

Please help me.

 

I got the Versa 3 used from amazon.nl .

 

Connecting works but the device is stuck at the fitbit logo.

 

I don't know how to hard reset as I only see 1 button and all guides say the versa 3 has 3 buttons....

 

please clear me up a bit.

I have the same issue, started Thursday, unknown if an update was downloaded or what.

Last connection to the watch was Thursday 8/25/2022
