Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

My watch has been stuck on the start up screen for 2 days now. I have restarted it several times and it will not come on. Help!!

Hi there, @Andrews2017. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

Please note this issue comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed (or making sure you've done them as instructed):

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

It will not go past this screen. I never even restarted it. I woke was about to put it on and noticed it was restarting but it never actually restarted. I tried shutting it down but it will not go off.

same here...I've checked YouTube videos and all the re-start 'tips' don't change the fact that it won't re-boot.  I'm beginning to suspect a software update gone bad...?  I'll let it rest for an hour and if it doesn't start up again, I'm packing it up and returning it.  I've only had this one for a few weeks.

I tried re-booting the phone but the problem is not with the phone.   It's the Versa 3...hung up on logo screen.  I noticed an odd behavior just before I powered it down the first time.  I went for a walk and tried to start the Walk exercise program it but the exercise program menu would not come up.  I decided to just go for the walk and deal with it later ... ergo, shut down (with subsequent start up).  After attempting the start up, it locked on the logo screen and has not progressed any further.  I've tried at least a dozen times.  It's interesting that it won't stay shut down either.

Same here!! I've tried to shutting off and it won't stay off!! Mine was being weird before it shut down but I didn't think anything of it.

Mine is stuck on the loop as well all I see is the logo it drains the battery so fast that I can't even charge it so it won't even turn on it's just stuck I've tried all of the suggestions and it just stays stuck on the logo and Fitbit won't go good for it because it was bought off of Amazon and not from fitbit.com
